The world and your imagination are too colorful and beautiful to be limited by one style… Therefore we’ve mastered them all! Years of experience ranging from editorial, high fashion, and fine art projects to events of all shapes and sizes has placed us in the position to be versatile and adept in a multitude of editing styles. This allows us to bring to life the vision you have in your mind for your wedding photos. Below is a list of different styles to help you get an understanding of what they might look like. Deeper conversation to ensure we capture your perfect style will happen at our ice breaker meeting!
Cinematic
Putting an emphasis on those timeless black and whites while adjusting the colors/light/shadows to give images a cinematic look.
Warm / Vintage
Another popular option. The warm/vintage editing style places an emphasis on those cozy oranges and takes us back in time with aesthetic grain and class.
Moody
Deepening those shadows and bringing out some drama is the goal of the moody editing style. A unique attribute of the moody editing style is its ability to be paired with other editing styles. If you want drama and “mood” in your photos and you still want them to be warm, this would be an instance of two editing styles complimenting each other.
Natural / Editorial
Natural and light & airy have many similarities. Both strive to preserve the colors as true to life as possible with slight adjustments to ensure there is a proper balance. Light and airy may emphasize blues and embrace glowing bright light, whereas natural will do what it does best…keep it real!
Black & White
The Classic. We are all familiar with the charm and nostalgia black and white provides. No matter your editing preference, you can’t go wrong with a few black and white images. The gallery you will receive your photos in will give you the ability to toggle your color images to black and white if desired.
Tailoring to You
We know its not always that simple. During our meetings in the midst of the wedding planning process, we will discuss editing styles with you, answering any questions you have and tailoring an editing style exactly to your wants and needs.
